At last, Air and U-MYX…

After months of waiting, May 2007 will see us unleash Mer du Japon in U-MYX format for your pleasure.

The track has been produced by the legendary Nigel Godrich, and lets users immerse themselves in the eclectic sonic wizardry that has staked out Air as being one of the worlds finest ‘atmosphere’ bands.

This will constitute U-MYX’s first release in France, and will be available exclusively via Air’s forthcoming iTunes EP.

As with all U-MYX songs, it will feature our community features that let you not just mix your own masterpiece, but also then paste your mix on forums, social networking sites, blogs and anywhere else you can think of.

U-MYX is proud to annouce its involvement in TTRemastered, a Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) produced campaign for Audi Cars to mark the launch of the new Audi TT.

TTRemastered launched on February 12th and as with the first TT, Audi have used music as their inspiration.

9 classic songs have been re-recorded by 9 cutting edge new artists, which are now available for free in U-MYX format- letting you make your own versions of these legendary songs.

The action is based around the TTRemastered site, which offers a range of digital content including exclusive music tracks, podcasts and interactive versions of the songs from U-MYX.

The available tracks are as follows

3. ‘Kids in America’ by Motorettes.
