    Can I use U-MYX on any computer?

    U-MYX has been tested to work on Windows (2000 and XP) and Mac (OSX 10.3 or higher)

    How much does using U-MYX cost?

    Most of U-MYX songs are freely available to mix on U-MYX.com / imeem / and CDs. You may also choose to buy some other U-MYX popular tracks from our digital store at £1.49 ($2.99)

    Where can I access U-MYX tracks?

    You can access U-MYX tracks from different places.

  • U-MYX.com - our catalogue of songs (URL link to the music page) gives you access to a selection of free previews and full-tracks. We're working hard with the record labels to feed this catalogue with great new songs on a regular basis.
  • Artist's albums - U-MYX songs are also available on some of your favourites artist CD's as "extra content".
  • Imeem - we are working hand in hand with imeem to make exclusive songs available for mixing on imeem.com and this is just a start... we're also dealing with a multitude of partners and the best social networks to soon give you a wider access to U-MYX songs.
  • U-MYX digital store - Some of the best artists will release unique U-MYX track for you to hunt down in our digital store. Individual songs cost £1.49 ($2.99) to download.

    • Do I need to download software to use U-MYX?

    No. All U-MYX songs come with their own individual player.

    Do I need to register for U-MYX to use it?

    You only need to register at U-MYX if you want to save your mix, and even this isn't registration - we just need your e-mail to check you're human. We're currently putting long hours into building proper user profiles - 85% of users in a recent survey said they wanted them (thanks for your answers guys!). In the meantime, you can leave us your details, so that we can update you when new developments and songs become available.

    Can I upload my mix on my ipod?

    U-MYX songs can't be exported to MP3 format yet, but you can save them and through each songs U-MYX Microsite share them with friends on cool sites like imeem and Myspace. Just read the tips once you upload your mix.
